Teacher Training 100HRS

Dance

Dance is one of the strongest forms of non verbal communication. It heals us to discipline our mind. It helps us to free our mind. It helps us to keep fit. It helps us to connect to more people. It helps us to create more dance with people. It is truly one thing that brings everybody together, where cast, creed, class ceases to exist and the rhythm fills every heart in oneness and equality. Just a gesture, a look, or being still, can completely tell the person watching, how you are feeling and what you want to express. Even to the extent of what kind of relationship one shares with the other. We would love to share this language, that lives in silence, with you and within you.

Do we have words to explain this language? Or teach this language? Well my fellow dancer, none that need be spoken. Lets just move.

Dance Teacher Training courses at YOGDAN are specially designed for existing and future teachers to get an astute insight into the art of imparting dance education as a language to express oneself.

During the Dance Teacher Training you will:

  • Build up a knowledge of dance postures and their benefits
  • Increase your strength and flexibility
  • Become confident in teaching, communicating and adjusting dance postures.
